Meet the Theia Table Lamp, a stunning creation by Mathias Hahn. Inspired by the Greek goddess Theia, this lamp is all about celebrating light's beauty.
Theia features two distinct halves – one horizontal, one vertical – elegantly intersecting. Like nature itself, these elements allow light to project, reflect, and absorb, making it a visual delight.
With a simple swivel around its central axis, Theia reveals its dual nature. Positioned towards you, it functions as an intimate reading lamp, providing focused illumination. Alternatively, directed towards an object or a wall, it casts a subtle, indirect light that instantly warms the atmosphere. The swiveling movement transforms the perception of the piece, as Theia's metal lampshade transitions from translucent to opaque
Available in Black or White, the lamp's base and stem offer flexibility. The vertical semi-sphere, crafted from lacquered spun metal with a white interior, complements the transparent smoke shade made of methacrylate. Theia is equipped with a black cord and a progressive dimmer for a customized ambiance.
